11th & 12th Grade

Spring 2019: Guidance counselors met one on one with all 11th grade students last semester. Starting the week of January 15th- February 14th, Counselors will be in classrooms presenting and scheduling students for the upcoming school year. We appreciate your patience during this time as we will have limited access to emails/phone calls.

Senior programming (current Juniors) : Week of 1/15-1/18

Junior programming (current Sophomores) : Week of 1/22 - 1/25

Sophomore programming (current Freshmen) : Week of 1/28 - 2/1

Freshmen programming (current 8th graders) : Weeks of 2/4 - 2/14


Students do have until April 26th to make changes to their class selections, however please keep in mind all Westmont classes are year-long and schedule changes can NOT be made once the school year begins!
An AP/Honors Commitment Form is required for all AP and Honors classes - Contracts are available in the Student Services Center and must be turned in by February 15th, 2019. Students must secure AP teacher signatures at the AP Study Hall Meetings, the week of February 5th-9th. 
Fall 2018: Guidance Counselors will be visiting all 11th & 12th grade English classes in October. We will be reviewing graduation requirements, college requirements, and the college application process. The presentations that we give to students in class are uploaded below.
