11th & 12th Grade
Fall 2022: School Counselors met with Seniors on October 11 and 12 for classroom presentations. Topics discussed included: transcript review, graduation requirements, multiple pathways post-high school, college requirements, the college application process and the financial aid application. Seniors will have other College Application presentations in October, so make sure to update your calendar with the events below. The senior classroom presentation is posted on the bottom of this website for your reference.
Spring 2023: Counselors will be in classrooms presenting and scheduling juniors for the upcoming school year the week of January 12 through January 18. Students have until April 22 to make changes to their class selections, however please keep in mind all Westmont classes are year-long and schedule changes can NOT be made once the school year begins! Students: Attend the AP Study Hall Meetings: 12/13 and 12/14.

Senior Parents/Guardians: Please read the newsletter in the "Applying to College" section for detailed information regarding college applications and attend our Senior Parent and Financial Aid Night on October 20 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. If you weren't able to attend the Senior Parent and Financial Aid Night, you can find the slides and recording in the "College and Career Center" section. The presentation is also available en Español.
PROGRAMMING: In March, all families will receive a course request letter with your student's requests. Only at that time can students choose to change their class choices until March 31st by using the link provided in the letter mailed home. Please keep in mind, all Westmont classes are year-long and students are not allowed to drop courses once schedules have been made in August!
