2026-27 School Year Info

The district office will be mailing a letter the week of July 27 with all the instructions you need to complete the annual data confirmation process. The data confirmation process is done through the Parent Aeries portal. The letter that will be mailed home will have directions on how to complete this. This is something that will have to be completed for each student, every school year. The portal will provide you with all the district and school site documents for you to review and/or acknowledge. Included in the portal are the principal's welcome letter, A/B calendar, bell schedule, ASB order form, booster order forms, student/parent/guardian WHS handbook and the WHS dance contract. All other documents are district forms and policies for your review and/or approval. The Aeries portal process (which will open July 27) needs to be completed before your student's registration day otherwise they will not be able to go through the registraction process.

 

If your student is not planning on attending Westmont for the 2026-27 school year, please contact our registrar Gail Arenberg as soon as possible by email at [email protected] or you can call her until June 11 at (408) 626-3406 ext. 6120.

 

Class registration/schedule pick up days:

August 5

  • Seniors 8:00am-10:00am
  • Juniors 10:00am-12:00pm
  • Sophomores 1:00pm-3:00pm

August 6

  • Freshmen Orientation 8:30am-11:00am
  • Freshmen free BBQ Lunch 11:00am-1:00pm
  • Freshmen Registration 11:00am-1:00pm

 

Students are the only ones that can pick up their schedules (no friends or family members). Please let your student know that they will be getting their 26-27 school ID's and yearbook pictures taken on that day. I fyour student is not able to attend registration at their appointed date and time, please email Melody Jones at [email protected] or call her at (408) 626-3406 ext. 6103 to determine when your student can pick up their schedule and get their picture ID.

 

For those parents who need assistance in completing the data confirmation process or do not have access to a computer or internet connection, we will have staff available in the Academic center starting July 29-August 10 from 9:00am03:00pm.
