The State of California recently congratulated Westmont High's Jeff Bengford on the performance of his students at the 2016 State Thespian Festival by conferring the honor of "Excellence in Theatre" on the long-time teacher.
"I have the best job in the world," Bengford said.
Bengford received two certificates of recognition: one from the office of California State Assemblymember Evan Low and one from the office of California State Senator Jim Beall.
