Aeries Registration/Emergency Card Update
Aeries registration/emergency card update is a process that occurs in late July each year for parents/guardians to update emergency contact information and review school documents. Every CUHSD student's emergency card needs to be updated on an annual basis and this process is completed by the parent/guardian online using the Aeries Parent Portal.
Every household should have received a letter from the District with Aeries Parent Portal login instructions in late July.

Residency Verification for Incoming 9th Grade Students
All incoming 9th grade students must verify their residency prior to the start of the 2021-2022 school year. This is in order to establish that you do live within the Prospect attendance area. You must establish residency before start of school on August 11th in order for your student to attend Westmont High School. Residency documents are submitted online using your Parent Square portal.
